METROPOLIS FESTIVAL 2009

The circus manège is replaced by the circular university dorm Tietgenkollegiet – a contemporary architectural masterpiece which provides the playground for 6 contemporary circus artists, aerialists and musicians.

“Alone Together” takes place in the Tietgenkollegiets fantastic architectual space. After a Kamikaze process of only 5 days of rehearsals six performers jump out into a free fall – presenting acrobatics, music and storytelling. 

The Cabaret i inspired by life in a dorm, where young people coexist alone, together and alone together.

Produced for The Metropolis 2009 Festival and with the support of The Danish Arts Council’s Committe for the Performing Arts and KIT – Copenhagen International Theatre.
